Muhannad Suleiman, Ph.D., began his term as Committee Chairman at the annual committee meeting during IFCEE 2018 in Orlando, Florida. Luis Garcia, P.E., “turned over the gavel”, so to speak, after completing his term. The committee gave a hearty “Thank You” to Luis for his 3 years of leadership of the committee.
